The Utility Barn is our most basic barn kit. It is designed to be an economical yet beautiful barn. It is great for hay storage and livestock shelter. The king post truss design alows us to span up to 30' post to post. This kit has a 6/12 pitch roof. The roofing nails directly to the purlins therefore no roof sheathing is needed. There is no loft in this kit. As with all our barn kits you may customize this barn to fit your needs.
